Refund policy

Eligibility

Paid enrollments confirmed by Cloudschemaflow may qualify for a refund when the request meets the timeframes and conditions below. Informational prices on the website do not themselves create a charge.

Timeframe

Submit refund requests within 14 days of the enrollment confirmation email, and before completing more than two course modules or attending a live clinic session.

Full and partial refunds

A full refund applies when access credentials were never used and no live session was attended. A partial refund of 50% may apply when fewer than two modules were opened and no downloadable worksheet pack was retrieved. After that threshold, fees are generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Custom Works Council Brief workshops after materials have been tailored, third-party tool licenses, and completed one-to-one consultation hours are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email hello@cloudschemaflow.digital with your full name, enrollment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and decide within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add delay beyond our control.

Cancellation

You may cancel future Clinic Circle sessions with five business days’ notice to reschedule once. Later cancellations may forfeit that session seat without refund.

Exceptions

If Cloudschemaflow cancels a program permanently, you receive a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at your choice. Statutory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected where they apply.
